Booking Terms and Conditions

 

Prestige Flowers & Co. looks forward to supplying you with our superior florals for your special day. We hold our service and our customers to the highest standards so that we can continually deliver exceptional quality of service. 

By making booking with Prestige Flowers & Co. the customer agrees that she/he understands and is accepting of the following terms and conditions.

 

Rental Period

All rental items are rented for a period of four days. 

The customer further agrees that the rented property shall:

1: Not be used beyond the intended capacity

2: Not be used in any manner for which it was not designed or designated

3: Not be used near an open flame

4: Not be used in a negligent manner

 

Collection

A week prior to your collection date, Prestige Flowers & Co. will provide three available collection times. Your selected collection time must be confirmed no later than 2 days prior to collection date. 

The customer will be required to sign and declare that all items are provided, accounted for and in acceptable condition upon collection. The customer may nominate another party to collect or return the hired items, in which case they must inform Prestige Flowers & Co. prior to collection or return. Any party nominated to transport the items will be required to sign the same form on the customers behalf. The customer accepts full responsibility for any damage caused to the items or any part thereof, by any nominated party whilst in their care.  

 

Return

The customer agrees that all rental items will be returned to Prestige Flowers & Co., at our Chirnside Park location, at a pre-booked time on the last day of the hire period. 

The customer hereby agrees that she/he understands that should any damage to or loss of the rented property occur, Prestige Flowers & Co. reserves the right to retain the full bond or part thereof in order to repair or replace the product(s). The customer shall be responsible for the full retail value of unreturned or damaged items. Damages include: broken flowers, damaged petals, stains or other determined wear of the product(s). The customer agrees that they have been provided with points of contact by Prestige Flowers & Co., and therefore Prestige Flowers & Co. reserves the right to retain the full bond should the rented items not be returned within 1 hour of the nominated return appointment.

Cancellation

In the event of your booking being cancelled with Prestige Flowers & Co. within 6 months of the pickup date, Prestige Flowers & Co. reserves the right to retain the full hire fee paid by the customer, minus the bond. We reserve the right to retain 50% of the hire fee for any booking cancelled more than 6 months in advance. Any cancellation must be provided in writing.

Prestige Flowers & Co. reserves the right to alter the above terms and conditions at any time and any such changes are effective immediately, binding on the customer and will be updated on www.prestigeflowersandco.com
